Why Use Three Metals in One Signboard?

The secret is material optimisation. For the letter faces – the most visible part of your sign – we use stainless steel (grade 304 or 316). This provides a brilliant brushed or mirror finish that resists fingerprints, humidity, and coastal salt air. Your brand looks premium for years.

For the letter returns (the 3D side walls) and internal bracing, we use EG plate – electro-galvanised steel with a uniform zinc coating. This material is exceptionally strong and rigid, preventing warping or denting from accidental impacts. It is also more affordable than stainless steel, keeping your project within budget.

For the back panel or raceway (the hidden structure that mounts to your wall), we use aluminium. Aluminium is lightweight, rust-proof, and easy to drill for installation.
