What Makes “Custom” Different?
Most sign companies offer “custom” sizes of standard letter shapes – an “A” is always an “A,” just bigger or smaller. True custom fabrication means we start from your vector file (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or even a high-resolution scan). Our CNC routers cut the exact profile of your logo, including every curve, serif, and flourish. For complex shapes with internal cutouts (like the centre of an “O” or “R”), we use specialised techniques to maintain structural integrity while achieving perfect illumination.

How Front-Lit Illumination Works on Custom Shapes
Your custom-shaped sign has a front face (the visible surface) made of translucent acrylic in your brand colour(s). Behind it, we install precision-spaced LEDs that shine forward through the acrylic. The result is a glowing, dimensional version of your logo that appears to be carved from light. For multi-colour logos, we can use different acrylic colours or even RGB LEDs that change colour.
The side walls (returns) are typically made from aluminium or stainless steel, finished in a complementary colour. The overall depth is customisable from 25mm (subtle) to 100mm+ (dramatic).
