What Our Turnkey Service Includes
Step 1 – Free On-Site Consultation: One of our project managers visits your shoplot, measures your facade, discusses your brand goals, and assesses electrical access. We’ll recommend optimal letter height, colour contrast, and mounting position based on traffic flow and viewing angles.
Step 2 – Design & 3D Mockups: Our in-house graphic designers create detailed renderings showing exactly how your sign will look day and night. You receive digital proofs for approval – including font, colour, sizing, and mounting method. Unlimited revisions at no extra charge.
Step 3 – Council Permit Assistance (Optional): Navigating local PBT (Majlis Bandaran) signboard regulations can be frustrating. We help prepare and submit your application, including structural calculations and electrical diagrams. Many of our clients receive approval within 7–10 working days.
Step 4 – In-House Fabrication: Every letter is cut, welded, painted, wired, and tested in our Alor Setar workshop. We don’t outsource. You’re welcome to visit and see your sign being built.
Step 5 – Professional Installation: Our licensed electricians and installation crews arrive with all necessary hardware, lifts, and safety equipment. We mount your sign, run weatherproof wiring, connect to your building’s power, install photocells or timers, and test every LED.
Step 6 – Final Calibration & Clean-Up: We adjust brightness, check for uniform illumination, clean drill dust from your facade, remove packaging, and walk you through maintenance basics. You arrive to a perfect, glowing sign.
